    Clar Rosso, Chief Executive Officer
    Clar Rosso, Chief Executive Officer

    Clar Rosso, Certified in Cybersecurity, has more than two decades of experience helping global professional associations and certifying bodies grow and strengthen member value. As CEO of (ISC)², she has established a forward-looking strategic framework and set bold goals for the future of the cybersecurity profession.

    Under Clar’s leadership, (ISC)² has experienced record growth of its global community through the launch of several key initiatives. The association’s pledge of One Million Certified in Cybersecurity has provided a pathway for individuals to access foundational cybersecurity education, and a free opportunity to take the Certified in Cybersecurity exam. This addition to the (ISC)² portfolio develops a pipeline to fill the cybersecurity workforce gap. Clar oversaw the creation of an Advocacy team that has strengthened – and raised – the global profile for (ISC)² with key policy makers around the world. These efforts help ensure cybersecurity professionals are consulted and considered during the formation of cybersecurity policy, legislation, regulations and standards on the global stage.

    Under her direction, (ISC)² established a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team with the goal of ensuring the cybersecurity profession better represents the diversity of the world it protects and that rewarding cybersecurity jobs are accessible to more people.

    Prior to joining (ISC)², Clar served as the executive vice president, engagement and learning innovation for the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA) where she led the development and execution of strategy to support global competency development and lifelong learning for the finance and accounting profession.

    Clar holds a bachelor’s degree in rhetoric and communications from the University of California, Davis and a master’s degree in special education from San Francisco State University. She also holds the (ISC)² Certified in Cybersecurity certification.

    Amy Eubanks, Executive Vice President, Strategy and Professional Development
    Amy Eubanks, Executive Vice President, Strategy and Professional Development

    Amy is responsible for driving organization-wide strategy and global product innovation for education and professional development experiences for (ISC)² members and other cybersecurity professionals at all career stages. She leads a diverse team of strategists, educators, course developers, subject matter experts and instructors, as well as online and in-person event production teams.

    Eubanks previously served as the vice president of professional development at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (Association), where she led professional development strategy and educational product development. At the Association, Eubanks led the strategy that drove the professional development portfolios, supporting the continuing education of more than 650,000 members worldwide.

    Prior to joining the Association, Amy served as an internal auditor at Duke University. She began her career in global consultancy and advisory services at Deloitte.

    Amy is a registered CPA and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and earned both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

    Jon France, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
    Jon France, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

    Jon France, CISSP is an experienced Information Security professional and CISO at (ISC)² serving as advocate for security and risk management activities, skills development and awareness amongst all users of technology across industry as well as within (ISC)².

    Jon is a CISSP and has more than 25 years of experience building and leading diverse technology and security teams, setting and executing strategy and delivering programs that empower stakeholders and operations while effectively managing risk across media and telecommunications sectors.

    Driven by a passion for technology and security in the tech enabled era, where societal reliance on technology is pervasive for social, economic, and physical health. Focussing on raising resilience of the broader tech ecosystem, the systems and architectures that are used and the data that flows through it, ultimately protecting the users and consumers.

    Prior to joining (ISC)² Lead the industry security function at GSMA, a member lead organisation representing Mobile Operators and the wider telecommunications industry. Responsible for ensuring that the mobile sector anticipated and addressed security and fraud threats across the mobile ecosystem by working closely with operators, vendors, governments, regulators, standards bodies and industry leadership.

    Graham Jackson Bio
    Graham Jackson, General Counsel

    Joining (ISC)² in 2013, Graham Jackson manages the global legal, risk, compliance and privacy functions of the organization. He is a strategic legal advisor who establishes close working relationships across business units to provide advice and conflict resolution to advance the organization’s short- and long-term goals.

    Graham advises on issues affecting the entire organization including risk management, strategic planning, employment, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, real estate, intellectual property, contracts and privacy law. This allows him to be involved in key corporate decisions as a member of the corporate officers.

    Graham also has a strong working relationship with the (ISC)² Board of Directors. He provides advice and guidance, in conjunction with the board legal counsel, and participates in board committees including professional practices (ethics), audit, nominations and bylaws (governance) committees.

    Prior to joining (ISC)², Graham worked in external affairs and accounting at a public utility where he supported the construction of the first US nuclear power plant in the last three decades. In his free time, Graham enjoys golfing, boating, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, and spending time with his wife and daughter.

    Deana Jardim
    Deana Jardim, EVP, Marketing, Business Development and Customer Experience

    Deana is responsible for informing and directing the marketing, sales and customer experience global teams to drive membership growth and satisfaction through the delivery of relevant experiences and propositions.

    Deana has more than 20 years of experience driving revenue, customer satisfaction, brand recognition and team success within B2C and high-growth environments across the U.S, U.K and Africa. She excels in conceptualizing marketing strategies and implementing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness across key industries, including financial services, retail, technology, sustainability and media. 

    Prior to joining (ISC)², Deana worked with large blue-chip organisations as well as start-ups linked to the Google Residency program, building and scaling successful marketing and sales teams in high-growth environments.  She led Accenture’s marketing analytics practice within Sub Sahara Africa where she was responsible for launching and growing the practice within region.

    Deana is an awarded marketing executive and earned her master’s in International Marketing from The University of Liverpool.

    Casey Marks
    Dr. Casey Marks, Chief Qualifications Officer (CQO)

    Casey’s responsibilities are inclusive of (ISC)² product vision, strategy, design, development and delivery. He serves as the lead executive developing psychometrically sound and legally defensible information security certifications that advance the mission and vision of (ISC)².

    With 20 years of experience in large-scale assessment, Casey has published and presented extensively. He is recognized as an expert on issues related to adoption and vendor transition of Computer-Based-Testing for high-stakes, large-scale testing programs, international program expansion and examination security.

    Casey has a long history of involvement and volunteer service with testing-related organizations such as:

    • American Education Research Association (AERA)
    • American National Standards Institute (ANSI)
    • Council on Licensure, Education, and Regulation (CLEAR)
    • Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE)
    • International Test Commission (ITC)
    • The National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME)

    Casey served as an invited expert for the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Working Group for the Revision of ISO/IEC 17024 and is a past president of the Association of Test Publishers (ATP).

    Casey holds a B.S. degree from the University of Illinois and a PhD in Measurement, Evaluation and Statistical Analysis from the University of Chicago. He is a Certified Association Executive (CAE).

    Debra Taylor CFO
    Debra Taylor, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    As our CFO, Debra is responsible for all financial and management reporting, executing the budgeting process, overseeing investments and all human resource functions, and operating as the Contract Officer.

    Debra has more than 30 years of business experience including positions as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and CFO of the America’s Operations for the former global public company Danka Business Systems PLC.

    Debra has extensive business experience in accounting, finance, acquisitions and mergers. She directed all financial and operational reporting and results along with the re-engineering of the infrastructure and controls of the key business processes at Danka Business Systems PLC.

    Prior to working with Danka, Debra was the Western Regional Business Manager for Storer Communications, Inc. and Assistant Controller for J. R. Norton Company.

    Debra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University. She is a former Board Member and Finance Chair of Goodwill-Industries Suncoast.

    Debra also serves as the CFO for (ISC)²’s Center for Cyber Safety and Education.

    Tara Wisniewski, Executive Vice President, Advocacy, Global Markets and Member Engagement
    Tara Wisniewski, Executive Vice President, Advocacy, Global Markets and Member Engagement

    Tara is responsible for leading and driving the growth of (ISC)²’s global advocacy program, charting the future course of the Center for Cyber Safety and Education advancing member engagement and global market strategies, and leading the association’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

    She has more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit organizations with an emphasis on advocacy and public affairs, global market development and stakeholder engagement, fundraising and philanthropy, and program development.

    Prior to (ISC)², Tara held senior roles in corporate development and global affairs at ISACA and the IEEE, among other nonprofits and foundations. She directed strategy and engagements aimed at expanding global impact and influence, including public affairs efforts focused on government relations and strategic partnerships, and developed internal infrastructure to sustain and grow key initiatives.

    Wisniewski holds a master’s degree from Rutgers University and a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University.

    Andy Woolnough image
    Andy Woolnough, Executive Vice President, Communications, Content and Brand

    Andy is responsible for developing and driving both internal and external global communications strategies that advance initiatives, including external affairs, thought, leadership, employee communications, content, advocacy and DEI. He will work collaboratively within, and beyond the organization to help position (ISC)² as an advocate, partner and thought leader for cybersecurity professionals and their industry around the world.

    Andy has more than 25 years of experience as a global communications leader, working across Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa, specializing in technology and fintech industries, as well as non-profit and social impact roles.

    Before joining us, Andy was EVP of Global Advocacy for Women’s World Banking, a global NGO dedicated to gender equality in financial access, where he led the organization’s first global Advocacy & Policy function, comprising Communications, Policy and Research as well as serving as senior advisor to the CEO on all communication and policy initiatives, including interactions with the UN, G20, Clinton Global Initiative and WEF.

    Prior to this, Andy spent 12 years in Asia, Middle East, and Africa as Vice President of Corporate Affairs for Visa Inc, where he also served on the regional Executive Committee overseeing 130 markets. Andy has also held senior leadership roles in global public affairs agencies in Asia and Europe.

    Andy holds a bachelor’s degree from University of London.

    Çigdem Bildirici, Vice President, Business Development
    Çigdem Bildirici, Vice President, Business Development

    Çigdem Bildirici is responsible for leading and growing the global Business Development function at (ISC)². Çigdem brings over 12 years of international experience in Sales Leadership and Business Development, with a history of driving results and sales innovation in matrix organizations as well as lean structures.

    The experience of working and living in different continents has equipped Çigdem with a deep understanding of the unique challenges business leaders and decision-makers face across mature and emerging markets.

    Prior to joining (ISC)², Çigdem worked for Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC and Elsevier. For Elsevier, she built the EMEA account management hub based out of Amsterdam, before relocating to Singapore where she built the APAC sales function, to better serve Elsevier’s Academic, Government and Corporate markets across the region.

    Çigdem believes in the power of collaboration, purpose, and innovation to support growth.

    John Giddings, Vice President, Global Customer Experience
    John Giddings, Vice President, Global Customer Experience

    John Giddings is an experienced customer experience leader with a proven track record in driving transformational change in a multi-channel environment. Before joining (ISC)², John has held senior several leadership roles within various companies developing strategy that has both driven operational effectiveness and improved the customer experience. John has more than 30 years of experience within the industry, including roles at IKEA, Virgin Atlantic and AICPA, as well as eight years consulting within 100+ companies across a variety of sectors.

    An excellent coach at both individual and team level, John vehemently believes that you cannot get anywhere in life (or business) without taking people with you. He is a strategic thinker with a curious mind always seeking to improve business performance. John brings an abundance of energy and enthusiasm to the role and works well with peers, direct reports and line managers to achieve success.

    Stacy Mantzaris, Vice President, Professional Development
    Stacy Mantzaris, Vice President, Professional Development

    Stacy Mantzaris is responsible for leading the (ISC)² Professional Development team and strategy. Bringing innovative, timely and relevant learning experiences that support the competency development of the global cybersecurity profession. She leads all aspects of product planning, development and delivery for in-person, online instructor led and self-paced training programs. Leading a team of learning, operations, strategic and cybersecurity content professionals, her team is committed to growing and enhancing the (ISC)² certification education and continuing professional development programs.

    As an association management professional, Stacy is passionate about serving industry professionals through creating relevant and engaging programs and elevating the profession they serve. Prior to joining (ISC)², she served in leadership positions for The Institute of Internal Auditors and ISACA.

    Stacy holds a master’s degree from the University of Central Florida and bachelor’s degree from Emory University. She resides in New Smyrna Beach, Florida with her husband, volunteers regularly to support non-profit initiatives and is a motorcycle enthusiast.

    James Prather, Vice President, Global Marketing
    James Prather, Vice President, Global Marketing

    James is a global marketing executive who brings more than 30 years of experience to the role in leading teams in the development, execution, and measurement of brand and marketing strategies. He leads all aspects of global marketing, including developing integrated sales and marketing strategies, directing all marketing operations, defining objectives and driving global brand strategy. Under his leadership, (ISC)² go-to-market initiatives will be strengthen in alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities.

    Prior to joining (ISC)², James served as director of marketing at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA) and CPA.com, a subsidiary of the AICPA. In this role, he oversaw the association’s strategic and creative marketing and communications plans aimed at generating demand and association growth.

    James also served as global director of marketing for six years at NSF International, where he led corporate marketing and branding programs designed to drive brand recognition and business growth. In addition, he has held leadership positions at Seal Air Corporation, Revlon, Unilever and Kraft Foods.

    He earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in business administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

    James is an accomplished public speaker, mentor, and volunteer for numerous societal causes and resides in South Florida.

    Richard Shandelman, Vice President, Technology
    Richard Shandelman, Vice President, Technology

    Richard will help develop core business strategies to create a dynamic, forward-leaning technology ecosystem, while ensuring the functionality and sustainability of all systems. Richard will leverage his expertise to ensure we provide our members with a world-class experience and seamlessly onboard new members.

    He is an IT and engineering expert who has 40 years of experience in end-to-end, software development, product and business development, process improvement, eCommerce implementation distribution, franchising, and startups.

    Prior to joining (ISC)², Richard held several IT operations and ecommerce leadership roles, including as senior director of eCommerce at J.Jill, an omnichannel women’s retailer, where he was a strategic business partner who broke down IT and business silos to enable cross-functional collaboration. He has also served as a CEO while leading both Topman Merchants, LLC, a multi-million dollar privately held eCommerce development company, and Safe & Sound, an international franchise company providing proprietary products and services through multi-channel sales efforts.

    Richard earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and has obtained multiple patents for software, electrical and mechanical products and services.

    Heather Staples image
    Heather Staples, Vice President, Human Resources

    Heather Staples leads the Human Resources function, developing core people strategies to create a dynamic, forward-leaning HR function that supports the global organization. Through her consultative approach, she aligns the leadership around talent programs to ensure the effectiveness of the organization while improving the employee experience.

    Heather brings with her over 25 years of experience supporting the HR needs of multinational organizations across the globe, having spent time living and working across Europe. She has led multiple transformative talent management projects including planning, organizational design and paths for internal promotion. Heather is passionate about bringing business strategy to life through aligned human capital practices in diverse global teams.

    Prior to (ISC)², Heather held leadership roles at Celestica, GKN Aerospace, Spandex, and Gerber Technology.

    Heather holds a master’s degree from Clark University in Finance and Global Business and a bachelor’s in International Business Management from the University of Connecticut. She is also a certified Gallup Strength’s coach. She had held GPHR and SHRM-SCP certification and was a founding fellow of the Federation of International Employers.

    Clayton Jones
    Clayton Jones, Managing Director, Asia-Pacific

    Clayton has been involved in the professional education services industry for more than a decade in the U.S. and Asia. His experience spans business unit management, and mergers and acquisitions, including corporate restructuring.

    Based at (ISC)² regional headquarters in Hong Kong, Clayton is responsible for the overall operations of (ISC)² in the region and supporting the organization's vision.

    Clayton has led the establishment of (ISC)² offices in Japan, China and most recently India. He also works with different government agencies and corporations advising on workforce development within the information security profession.

    Clayton is a regular speaker at information security events in India, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Philippines and Hong Kong.

    Clayton has a B.Com from Calcutta University and a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta).

    In April 2009, Clayton received the Membership Growth and Support Award during the (ISC)² 20th Anniversary Founders Celebration in recognition of his contributions to the development and growth of (ISC)² credentials and the profession in the Asia-Pacific region.

    Raykhan Bekimbetova
    Raykhan Bekimbetova, Controller

    Raykhan Bekimbetova joined (ISC)² in 2009 and has served the organization in various accounting roles. She was promoted to the role of Controller in 2019. She is responsible for the organization’s finance and accounting functions. She oversees the activities of the finance department such as financial reporting, budgeting, establishing and maintaining appropriate internal controls, ensuring the abidance by all applicable regulations and policies. Raykhan provides information, primarily financial in nature, about all company activities that assist management, executives and board members in making educated economic decisions about the company's future.

    Prior to joining (ISC)² Raykhan worked for number of USAID funded projects in Uzbekistan in the Accounting Manager capacity. She has a B.S. in Accounting from Tashkent Finance Institute and an MBA from Schiller International University.

    Patrick Bataillon, Director, Advocacy
    Patrick Bataillon, Director, Advocacy

    Patrick Bataillon supports (ISC)²’s global advocacy strategy while also operating as the lead advocate in advancing the organization’s public policy and thought leadership goals in the United States.

    Throughout Patrick’s career in politics and policy, he has witnessed first-hand the values and challenges associated with envisioning and implementing change. He has engaged in politics and policy at every level, from presidential campaigns to crafting election and programmatic strategy on the local, state, and national level. Throughout his career Patrick has seen the importance of communication, networking, and community-building, while bringing a deliberate and strategic approach to forwarding crucial initiatives.

    Patrick’s holds a bachelor's degree from Regis University and is pursuing a master's degree from the Kellstadt graduate school of business at Chicago’s DePaul University.

    Holly Schneider Brown, Senior Director, Center for Cyber Safety and Education
    Holly Schneider Brown, Senior Director, Center for Cyber Safety and Education

    Holly Schneider Brown is responsible for building, leading, managing, and representing the 501c3 foundation arm of (ISC)², the Center for Cyber Safety and Education, to ensure it is a vibrant, wide-reaching, and effective organization. The Center’s mission is to grow the cybersecurity profession and its positive influence on the world by raising awareness, building a diverse pipeline of cybersecurity professionals, and activating a more secure digital world.

    Holly has close to two decades of experience in program and project management across multiple sectors and has been leading the development and growth of impactful, mission-based programs for international technical professional associations for the past 10+ years.

    Prior to joining (ISC)², Holly led the humanitarian technology and sustainable development activities program at IEEE, the world’s largest technical professional association. In her personal volunteer time, Holly serves on the board of an emerging nonprofit dedicated to protecting endangered biodiversity in Madagascar by building capacity and increasing equity of historically marginalized local women.

    Holly holds a BA from Vassar College and an MA from the Freie Universität Berlin.

    Tim Campo serves as the Director of Applications, Architecture and Security for (ISC)²
    Tim Campo, Director, IT Infrastructure and Security

    Tim Campo serves as the Director of IT Infrastructure and Security for (ISC)². He provides day to day oversight for automation efforts at the organization, as well as thought leadership in regards to operational processes, efficiencies and addressing challenges.

    Tim has more than 20 years of information and physical security, software development, and business experience in large and small companies. His experience spans from the deck plate up to executive levels defining strategy, innovation, integration and automation with a core tenant of security.

    Tim’s experience in the United States Navy enabled him to engage in multiple disciplines for worldwide operations with both military and civilian counterparts. Tim led numerous worldwide initiatives while in the U.S. Navy. While at CoreSite as Vice President of Security, he was responsible for many aspects of information and physical security across 20 data center locations, and software development efforts enabling unprecedented up time, high security posture, and delivering business system solutions enabling the company sales and support objectives.

    Tim is a CISSP and CISM and holds a Master’s degree in Information Assurance/Information Technology from the University of Maryland University College. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Citadel.

    Todd Coats
    Todd Coats, Senior Director, Creative Services

    Todd is a global creative and brand director bringing more than 30 years of experience leading brand strategy, development, implementation, and measurement. He leads the creative design and multimedia teams as well as (ISC)² brand development by uncovering audience insights and creative strategy to provide valuable content to our members and other stakeholders.

    Prior to joining (ISC)², Todd was Global director for Creative, Multimedia and Brand at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA & CIMA). In this role, he led the creative content team as well as global brand strategy and implementation.

    He earned a bachelor of fine arts degree in Communication Arts from East Carolina University and A master’s degree in Advertising Design from Syracuse University.

    In addition to his professional career, Todd is a veteran speaker and lecturer for business and academics, and workshop facilitator for the American Marketing Association.

    Chuck Downs
    Chuck Downs, Director, Marketing Strategy & Operations

    Chuck Downs has nearly 30 years of experience as an innovative marketing and communications leader. He has led B2B and B2C marketing, branding, communications and event management strategies for a diverse array of companies, including leading technology, digital media, health and wellness, and financial services organizations. Chuck joined (ISC)² in early 2018 as Senior Manager of Corporate Marketing before becoming Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations in 2020. In his roles, Chuck has led the association’s global marketing initiatives to expand its membership and grow the world’s workforce of certified cybersecurity professionals.

    Before joining (ISC)², Chuck was the Senior Director of Marketing Communications for Cox Target Media, where he was responsible for the creative and communications activities for the $500 million national direct marketing company. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Marketing for Lifestyle Family Fitness, where his responsibility for marketing, advertising and public relations helped drive traffic, enhance member experience and net revenue, and ultimately led to the successful divestiture of the company. Chuck also served in various senior marketing and communications roles at IT products distributor Tech Data and Raymond James Financial.

    He has served on the Board of Directors for the Digital Marketing Online Learning program at the University of South Florida. Chuck earned a B.A. in Mass Communications from Milligan College.

    Rick Gamache, Director, Standards and Practices

    Rick Gamache first joined the association as a Content Developer, helping deliver exams globally.

    Rick provides guidance to leadership on several strategic initiatives including management of the Common Bodies of Knowledge (CBK), professional ethics and standards, and competency frameworks.

    Rick also serves as the business owner for (ISC)² ’s efforts in support of the UK Cyber Security Council’s Chartered Status programme.

    Dwan Jones, Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

    Dwan Jones brings more than 20 years of experience developing and leading comprehensive strategies to engage multicultural audiences to (ISC)² as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. In this role, she develops and leads the organization’s internal and external strategic initiatives to foster a more diverse and inclusive cyber profession across the globe.

    Dwan has extensive experience in strategic communications, multicultural program development, organizational development and has led teams to produce impactful, large-scale initiatives that drive engagement, connection and transformative change to elevate diverse voices.

    Previously, she worked for Capital One, CDM Smith, AICPA, Pilot Media Companies and the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority among others. Dwan holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Syracuse University along with a master’s in organizational leadership.

    Emma King, Director, Membership Marketing
    Emma King, Director, Membership Marketing

    Emma joins (ISC)² with over 15 years of experience working in global membership organizations. Emma’s remit includes leading membership development, recruitment, and retention. She will oversee the growing portfolio of professional development products and experiences available to (ISC)² members and non-members, alongside events and regional marketing.

    Prior to joining (ISC)², Emma held a number of global roles at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, covering member acquisition, engagement and retention, brand building and marketing the suite of professional development products to both existing, and new, audiences. Partnering with stakeholders across the organization, her passion is in delivering cohesive membership experiences which drive value.

    Jarred LeFebvre
    Jarred LeFebvre, Director, Communications

    Jarred LeFebvre has nearly 20 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, channel marketing, web strategy, content strategy, social media and creative services management for technology, IT channel and cybersecurity firms. In addition to his experience at our association, he has managed communications for one of the world’s largest publicly traded technology distributors, a security and network management software company, and a cybersecurity start-up focused on advanced malware defense.

    Jarred joined (ISC)² in 2017 as Sr. Corporate Communications Manager. As Director, Communications, he leads a diverse team within the Professional Programs Office, including corporate communications, public relations, web and email, research and media services. Prior to (ISC)², he was Director of Marketing Communications for ThreatTrack Security, a cybersecurity solutions developer focused on advanced malware defense. He was also the Manager of Corporate Communications for GFI Software and the Public Relations Manager for Tech Data Corporation.

    Jarred earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Florida.

    Sanjana Mehta
    Dr. Sanjana Mehta, Sr. Director, Advocacy

    Sanjana Mehta supports (ISC)²’s global advocacy strategy while also operating as the lead advocate in advancing the organization’s public policy and thought leadership goals in the United Kingdom. She joined (ISC)² in 2019 and was responsible for developing a strategic understanding of markets and customers in the EMEA region. Sanjana served on the UK Cyber Security Council formation project board to oversee the launch of the new Council.

    Sanjana has 20 years of experience in the education sector. She has worked in India, Belgium and the UK in a variety of roles, such as research, program management, product development, and policy. Sanjana has delivered a wide range of assignments in her previous roles, which included:

    • Working with engineering colleges in India to ensure new IT entrants were industry ready.
    • Delivering the Global Fund’s program for capacity building and professional development of counsellors and lab technicians.
    • Implementing EU-funded projects to support children with special education needs.
    • Leading projects to ensure GCSE and A-Level qualifications in the UK were relevant for customers and complied with regulatory frameworks.

    Sanjana holds an MSc in Psychology from Bangalore University, an MPhil, and a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Cambridge (as a Gates Cambridge Scholar, and an Executive MBA from Cranfield University. She is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMgr FCMI).

    Ed Parsons is responsible for growing our membership and achieving organizational goals in the UK and Europe.

    Based in the UK, he leads business development activities across multiple sectors in the region, including amplifying the position of (ISC)² in the market with external stakeholders.

    Ed joined (ISC)² because he is passionate about growing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals, helped by the fact that he is himself a CISSP and member since 2015. Ed has significant experience in the cybersecurity industry, particularly in leadership, having led an international cyber security consultancy in the UK and Nordic markets, renowned for research and technical expertise.

    Elizabeth Paredes
    Beth Paredes, Director, Member Engagement

    Beth is responsible for driving member value through the development and execution of global multi-faceted global member engagement programs that foster a deep sense of community for current and future members by delivering ongoing, meaningful and relevant interactions. The programs include, but is not limited to, developing offerings that support current and future members in excelling as professionals, influencing the future of the profession, and making an impact through volunteering and our global chapter network.

    As Director of Member Engagement, her role is to establish and implement strategies, plans and tactics to grow, engage, retain and support (ISC)² current and future global membership through:

    • fostering and promoting member value through global member benefits and resources
    • developing and supporting volunteer and member engagement opportunities across the enterprise
    • global management of chapters

    Beth has more than 20 years of demonstrated excellence and proven leadership in membership, program and project management, executive and governance operations, board and committee relations, budgeting and forecasting, systems implementation, large-scale convention planning and meeting logistics. Prior to joining (ISC)², Beth spent more than ten years in association management in various leadership position.

    Beth has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Ateneo De Manila University.

    Tina Vaitkus, Director, Human Resources

    Dr. Tina Vaitkus serves as the Director, Human Resources for (ISC)². She first joined the association as Sr. Manager, Human Resources serving as head of HR responsible for the vision, design, development and leadership of multi-national human resource solutions. Tina provides consultation to leadership on strategic HR initiatives including talent reviews, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and the employee experience. She oversees administration of global human resources programs that supports an employee-centric, global culture emphasizing diversity, equity and inclusion in the achievement of the organization's goals and objectives.

    Tina designs and delivers talent development programs and workforce analysis including legal compliance, compensation, and benefits administration for global regions. Tina leads the HR Business Partner team and brings nearly twenty years of leadership and experience with effective people programs. She has been recognized for her evolution of the human resources strategy and her contributions to human resources partnerships at (ISC)² as well as her contributions to leader development during her tenure at Lockheed Martin, Harrah’s and BIC.

    Tina holds a Ph.D. in Education-Organizational Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development. She holds two Senior Human Resources certifications, SHRM-SCP and SPHR, is a certified behavioral interviewer, and is also certified by MHS Assessments for Emotional Intelligence assessments (EQ-i 2.0).

    As the Associate Program Director for The Center for Cyber Safety and Education, Alisha Wenc focuses on building meaningful programs that bring people together and support diversity and inclusion. Through her 20 years of experience in the educational programming and events space, Alisha has created programming supporting women in tech, women entrepreneurs, and cybersecurity education.

    Alisha holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from DePaul University and a B.A in Psychology and English from the University of Michigan.
