    Certificates are delivered as an online interactive course throughout which learners will be asked to work through and complete activities. The activities can include:

    How long does it take to earn (ISC)² certificates?
     
    A:

    Each certificate’s online interactive course offers the flexibility to work through the content and activities at your own pace. The course is open to you for 180 days, and time to complete varies from 1-5 hours based on the required learning. Once a learner completes the course, they will have access to their digital badge and certificate almost immediately.

    A:
    No. (ISC)² Certificates turn a laser focus on specific subject matters tailored to your interests. Our courseware is created by cybersecurity’s most respected certifying body to provide you with the most current and relevant content.

    Do I need any previous experience?
     
    A:
    No. Our (ISC)² Certificates include everything you need, from the basics up to an advanced-level understanding of your cybersecurity focus area of interest.

    What is the course structure of the certificates?
     
    A:

    You have the option to undertake the learning and assessment within each Certificate or, if you already have the knowledge, go straight to the assessment and earn your badge. To earn your badge, you must score 70% or higher on the final assessment. Upon completion, a certificate and digital badge of completion will be issued.

    Do I have to complete the full course to earn (ISC)² certificates?

    No. If you feel you’re already knowledgeable in the subject matter, you may go straight to the assessment. To earn your badge, you must score 70% or higher on the final assessment. Upon completion, a certificate and digital badge will be issued.

    • Conducting Practical Risk Analysis Certificate – Gain practical experience working through risk assessment, analysis, mitigation, remediation, and communication. You’ll acquire the skills needed to holistically examine operational risk management; learn to work cross-functionally; determine how to use risk data effectively; and disseminate actionable information and findings. (4 CPE credits)

    • Building a High-Performing Cybersecurity Team - This certificate provides learners with an understanding of how to build a high-performing cybersecurity team within their organization. Learn how to apply best practices in hiring and recruitment to the unique and diverse cybersecurity field in order to defend organizations with the necessary and appropriate talent. (5 CPE credits) 


    • Purple Team Playbook Certificate - This certificate serves as a playbook and discusses the traditional red and blue teams including the people, skills, tools and technology in each team, as well as how to combine these components into a purple team. You will also learn strategies and techniques for hiring utilized by high-performing purple teams. (2 CPE credits)
